Accepted Payment Methods:
• Squarespace Payments: We accept credit card payments for donations and membership subscriptions through Squarespace Payments. This includes major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• PayPal: For marketing campaigns and some special fundraisers, we also accept payments via PayPal. PayPal will be used for campaigns run through Constant Contact and fundraising events hosted on GoFundMe.
Payments for donations and memberships are processed securely, and all payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Donation Refund Policy:
• Thank you for supporting our mission towards global sustainability. Your donations play a vital role in achieving our goals and making a profound impact on the world.
• Please note that donations are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Duration and Renewal of Membership:
Memberships are available on both a monthly or annual basis. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you choose to cancel before the renewal date.
• Monthly Memberships: Will be charged on a monthly basis and will automatically renew every month until canceled.
• Annual Memberships: Will be charged once per year and will automatically renew each year until canceled.
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for canceled memberships.
For recurring memberships, you will receive a reminder email before your renewal date, providing you the opportunity to review or update your membership details.
3. Upgrading and Downgrading Membership:
Members can easily upgrade or downgrade their membership by visiting the Membership Options page. We offer flexible tiers to allow you to adjust your membership based on your evolving needs.
• Upgrading Membership: You can move to a higher membership tier at any time by selecting the desired tier on the Membership Options page. The new tier will take effect immediately upon payment.
• Downgrading Membership: You can downgrade your membership to a lower tier at any time. Please note that the downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the higher-tier benefits until that time.
• Cancellation: If you are upgrading or downgrading, you are responsible for manually canceling your previous membership tier. No refunds will be issued for canceled memberships, even if you are within the current billing cycle.
