Matt Armanino is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, market development, and operational management across startups and large technology companies. Since joining Armanino McKenna LLP in 2008, Matt has played a key role in driving the firm’s growth, earning it the distinction of being the Fastest Growing Accounting and Consulting Firm in the West.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of Armanino McKenna’s Executive Committee, Matt leads the firm’s strategic direction and operations. He also heads the CFO Advisory Services Practice, where his team of experienced finance professionals partners with CFOs to streamline operations and elevate business leadership. This practice focuses on improving people, processes, and technology to drive transformative results.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Armanino McKenna, Matt held executive roles at:

• Zebra Technologies (NASDAQ: ZBRA): As Executive Vice President, he led the company’s enterprise solutions business.

• WhereNet: As COO, Matt played an integral role in founding, scaling, and ultimately selling the enterprise technology company to Zebra Technologies.

• PeopleSoft: He worked on mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and a wide range of strategic transactions.

Earlier in his career, Matt served as a corporate attorney and litigator at several large law firms, advising technology clients on critical business and legal matters.
